View approaching the house and Sunny Knoll Drive. The garage is on the left. The house is in a cul-de-sac of sorts. The privacy is terrific.
The garage and areas around it. Part of the lot is to the west of the garage. The large yard follows to the house east of the garage.
The garage is a Butler building with three stalls of storage space. The westernmost bay will easily hold a pontoon boat. There’s also another pull-down door inside that would fit the largest bay. It’s also structurally very sound and watertight.
Lots of storage! The only thing that will stay is the trash can. We’ll clear everything out. Second picture is the view from the house side of the yard.
More views of the “side” yard. The lot is definitely one of the larger ones at Lake Bracken, almost .25 acre.
The flagstone patio (Unfortunately it’s under the leaves) is easy to maintain. There’s a fish pond next to the tree.
View of the north side of the house--it’s a lot bigger than it looks from the road. Second view is from the front porch looking to the garage. All the picture titles reference their various locations to give you more details.
